IPP2 amazing but remaining battery not showing anything

IPP2 is working amazing with my FSI DM 250
Prelight live grade configuration

With only one issue battery remaining not showing
Any one facing same problem
USIng IDX battries

If it showed run-time before, remember to change the mode under the display settings to time as opposed to voltage. Unless you already did that and it's still not working.

Yup I tried, still it's not working
Another friend suggested me to re install
The firmware Using Ac adapter
Will try that option after my shoot

Also list what battery plate you are using.

I just figured it out the problem is from the wooden camera cables less v mount battry plate
My red volt XL works good and cabled battry solution works fine
I think I need to wait for the next firmware to address this issue or replace the cables v mount plate??

Not sure why but wooden camera battery plates have always been a lil funky with dsmc2

Having the same exact issue with the Wooden Camera DBOX - sent a email out to Ryan already. I have had issues with this plate from day 1, it never would send battery info to camera even with red certified batteries. Only would show voltage, Now is shows nothing.

Frustrating.

Woodcamera just confirmed there is a bug in 6.4 with battery plates and will be fixed in next update
