  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Introducing the OConnor CFF-1

Thanks Eric. I think I would stick with Duclos as they have never let me down, just wanted to know if there is a way to do it without a reversing gear on the CFF-1.

You'll need the reversing gear, and the Duclos one will work just fine.
 
Is there any news on this product? i'm still waiting for mine to be delivered.
 
They are coming. We had a huge initial pre-order and OConnor wanted to be sure they got it right so initial production run was kept small to watch out for anything wrong. More units shipping soon.
 
i just got the email and tracking number from Fed Ex saying it will be delivered on the 10 June by 12:00 PM.
I can't wait to receive it.
My prediction is that i will get it on the 11th as anything delivered by Fed Ex gets stuck in customs.
 
Let's hear some field reports and see some photos. Love to see these puppies in action.
 
Got mine on a shoot last thursday... beautiful piece of gear. AC loved it better than the ff-4 except that there was no 3d marking... only had side or top for marks. Other than that, it was awesome!
 
Conical marking discs are in the pipeline.
 
Not sure which you're asking.

The CFF-1 is shipping but there is still a little backorder to fulfill. We had TONS of preorders and OConnor is taking its time to make sure each and every one of the early units is QC scrutinized and built just right.

If you're asking about the conical marking disks, I don't think these have shipped yet.

Thanks Mitch here's 12 hours of pulling focus on a music video in NY last week with a production CFF-1.
