I have in mind a new project in black and white using IR filters. If I remove completely the Standard OLPF from my camera (D-X6K) and shoot with infrared lens filters, could I damage the sensor? Or the OLPF only helps with moire and doesnt affect any IR Light? Thanks in advance

You will want the full spectrum filter for your camera. That will allow you to maintain backfocus and hit infinity. You can use various IR filters from there to cut what you want. I have yet to damage any RED sensor in my years of filming, but I wouldn't exactly be pointing at the sun all day with telephoto lenses and such.
