I must be doing it wrong, Max fps

I'm so happy with the epic and have been constantly shooting for the last week, can't complain about that. One thing that I'm having an issue with is the max fps. The max fps that I have read about do not seem selectable in my epic, with 128GB SSD cards. I must be doing something wrong.
HDRX is NOT selected.
I have even changed the RC to 18:1
I have looked through the epic manual, all to no avail.
Here is what I have access to.

5K 95.83fps
5K 2:1 95.83fps
5K WS 95.83fps (I thought this was supposed to be 120fps)
4K 100.83fps
4K HD 99.907fps
3K 134.676fps (So I can't even reach 120fps until I'm at 3K?
ETC all the way down to 1K WS where I do get 400fps

I'm a little confused, but again, I'm not opposed to this just being something simple I've missed.
Not a huge deal, but it sure would be nice to figure out.

If you're running a recent version of the firmware, I'd submit a trouble ticket over that. My Epic with 128GB SSD shoots 5K WS and 4K at 120fps, and 3K at 160fps with no problem.

I'm using the shipping firmware, just recieved camera last week, it looked like it was on the current firmware, but ill have to check it in the morning.

Just checked it out, I'm running Version : 3.3.14, so the latest firmware.

Interesting. In this case I would try re-installing the current firmware (sounds crazy, but might do the trick). If the problem persists, as Alan recommended, I would open a ticket. They will likely want a log file to help assist in tracking down the gremlin.

I was having the same issue. Downgrade and then reinstall the new build again.

Make sure you don't have the lookaround feature turned on. That would limit the FPS in cases like 5K WS to the same FPS limit as 5K Full frame sinces it's reading the full sensor.

Thanks for the feedback. George, that was it. Enable look around was activated by default, turning it off fixed the issue. Thank you for your help.

I'm having the same issue after upgrading to 3.3.14, and now I cant get 96fps in 5K anymore, its either 95, or 95.83 :/

Already reinstalled the current release firmware but still the same problem.

Where can i download an older stable release ? on the red website is only the current release version.

3.3.14 is displaying the actual frame rate. Previous builds rounded the numbers.

for some reason my black shading seems to fail since this update as well.
