I don't have any expectations other than we get some additions to what we already have (which is already quite workable).
Komodo is a work in progress and will take time for the full feature set to come together.
Whatever is released for the next update, there will likely be even more released over time.

There is suppose to be an update this month I believe. I thought jarred said in a video there was a big one coming in November.
I'm very happy with the camera, but also excited for new features and tweaks to existing capabilities!
(Variable frame rate is high on my list of desirable new features. But I'd also really like a different interface for format selection; rather than wheel through all setting combinations in order, I'd think it'd be great to individually select resolution and aspect ratio, perhaps like hh:mm:ss fields on a time interface. Besides generally speeding up format selection, this is because I do sometimes switch resolution in order to access higher frame rates, but very rarely want to switch aspect ratios. So while there's a categorical logic to grouping, say, all the 6k aspect ratios together, functionally it maybe doesn't make sense, and instead leads to scrolling through 5 options to get to the desired one. It also makes it easier to make mistakes, such as accidentally switching to a different aspect ratio for your high speed work. Not that there are lots of aspect ratio options yet for lower res...)
