Here is a helium frame at 12800ISO with a lot of film grain, alchemy and pushed blacks and other stuff but all added within Redcine... I´m sorry but I never seen such image come out of an alexa. not even a quarter of it. lol.

I have a test that's been stuck on my camera since Wednesday. My Minimag reader has been on a FedEx adventure so I have no way of offloading and posting.

No, I haven't seen anything like that at 12800 iso, but I have seen a lot of footage like that from both dragon and Alexa at lower ISOs and believe it or not, I am interested in things other than lowlight performance and K's... It would be great to see some ungraded side by side tests (in various lighting conditions) of all 3 top cameras right now. Would even be nice to see a varicam in there as well. If you don't have such a test, that's ok. But I don't think posting a single helium frame is really fulfilling that request...

If anyone is near nyc I have an available Alexa to test on me? I also could possibly pull a dragon or cf weapon out from rental but the Alexa is def free all the time if anyone has a helium and wants to meet up?

It's always the same thing here. Frame looks great, but not what the OP asked for. He asked for a comparison. Not a single frame which has gone through a bunch of correction in post. I too am interested in seeing the differences if anyone can make a real test.
