Group Buy - Teradek Bolt

Hi all,

Just got off the horn with Teradek, that email is indeed real and from a real Teradek employee.

This was primarily sent to international participants because of the difficulty of getting in touch with people in different time zones, i.e. Teradek isn't a 24 hour business or anything.

If you are uncomfortable filling out that form for any reason, shoot me a PM. Again, only international buyers should have received that based off what I know.

What's the word on when we can pick our units up at CSLA? Thought that would have gone quicker than shipping.

Yes I processed the payment more than a week ago on monday the 24th with Scott Sawyer. Should I contact Kyle to pick it up?
 
Based on a previous message, I believed we had a couple weeks to submit our order request to the web form. But I tried a few days ago and the form has been taken down. Phil recommended I email Kyle, butI haven't heard back from him. Hopefully he is just busy with orders and will get to my message soon. I want to be sure I still get a chance to place mine!

Thanks everybody, I know this is a huge number of orders to suddenly deal with.

Hey Sean, other option is to jump on Teradek's site and use the live chat to talk to sales. We had that same issue and they took care of us.

Mike, I've just returned from a trip over the weekend. However, I tried calling Kyle last week to process my payment and there was no answer. I never got a call back so I sent a follow up email. I also called yesterday, and have sent two more emails since the last. No response. No call back. No replies. Is there someone else I can speak with? Because right now it looks like there is a single point of failure (having only one person who is either too busy or not there to help customers out). I'll send you my contact details in a PM.
 
Yep, never heard back from Kyle, sounds like communications are not going through or y'all might be working him too hard, maybe it's time to hire more "Kyles" to help the guy out.
