I can't deal with these guys, I contacted them (Steve) and ask about click-through nexus (since they are collecting tax from NY/NJ residence), he told me straight "DON't BUY it"... (worst customer services or may be he was having a bad day I guess - lol)

I certainly believed that this seller shouldn't collect tax from NY/NJ residence. They are in PA and PA seller must collect and remit sales or use tax if they accepts orders that are directly shipped to Pennsylvania customers from a Pennsylvania facility that is operated by a remote seller's affiliate, agent or independent contractor; or regularly solicits orders from Pennsylvania customers via the website of an entity or individual physically located in Pennsylvania, such as via click-through technology.

Sorry Kwan - I can't see why he's having a bad day if he's selling units...

From Steve: "Carey, there were some questions about taxes. There was a button that needed toggled on the storefront portion of the website to apply interstate and international tax codes that is now toggled. Please let everyone know that proper taxes are being applied."

I had that when I paid through their online store, local taxes (5-6%) being applied no matter what. Asked about it via e-mail and got a quick reply to just pay for the order and the non-applicable tax amount would be refunded later. No big deal.

Sounds like they've got it sorted out now anyway.
