5- Warning - Please stand-by;

They do not want pay full price $189 + S&H $35 total of $224 and wait for a potential refund (if we reaches the 90+ unit mark and if not … we all screwed).
Note: There is no way for us to really know how many units are sold.

Come on Kwan, aren't you the organizer of this group buy? Please do something for us, don't just WARN us. Count the heads and seal the deal with squarebounce. People are anxious to put their money down. PLZ let us know if you can nail the deal or not, ASAP!

Those round collapsible things are pretty worthless. . . especially outdoors. You can almost never hold them just right.

Sorry Fella,

Yes (lol), I'm A group buy organizer and I was in negotiation process with seller. I wasn't expecting that seller will reject our offer "+1 for $150" and joint the forum with his own offers.

However, I sent my email (earlier) to Noir @ 05/02 5:57PM

"Please replay on following link;

If no reply (by end of the day), I will have to request moderator to closed above thread with our final feedback and marked "Group-buy unsuccessful".
Cheers"

Progress!

They might start with cancelling and refunding those who did the deal last night. That would demonstrate good faith

NORI SquareBounce Official Response to Group Buy Questions & Comments

NORI SquareBounce Official Response to Group Buy Questions & Comments

To All REDUser Members,

Since we announced the start of the Group Buy last night (May 1, 2012), post #101, there have been a lot of questions, concerns and discussions regarding the Group Buy.

After carefully reading all posts, we at NORI SquareBounce feel we need to officially and formally respond.

NORI SquareBounce is the inventor and manufacturer of the SquareBounce Collapsible Reflectors; we are not just a distributor or reseller of this product.

NORI SquareBounce is an official Sponsor of the REDUser and DVXUser forums. There is a high level of accountability and commitment of being an official Sponsor.

First, we want to clearly and strongly emphasis that NORI SquareBounce has been consistent in our discount offer we made for this Group Buy. We have NOT changed or modify anything in the discount offer structure ever since the first day we talk to Mr. Kwan Khan. (The discount offer structure we posted on #101 is as same as the one we offer to Mr. Kwan Khan.)

We clearly stated the discount is solely depended on the total order we receive and a shipping cost will be added to each set. This has always been our position.

In several of Mr. Kwan Khan’s post, he made suggestions and comments regarding some proposed changes; however those are purely his own comments and they do not represent NORI SquareBounce.

Post #101 is the official posting from NORI SquareBounce that documents the details, arrangement and terms of the Group Buy. We clearly stated that we at NORI SquareBounce is conducting and managing the Group Buy since we are responsible for all the payment and shipping matters.

The issue of the Discount as a Refund Amount

Many members commented on the logistics of having the discount as a refund amount. Please allow me to explain the logics and reasoning behind this arrangement.

As mentioned, our discount is solely depended on the total order we receive. We can only offer the discount based on the discount structured we announced. We have agreements with our distributors and resellers, we cannot offer discounts to our customers unless an order reaches the specific volume defined in the distributor and reseller agreement.

In order for us to offer the discount of $49.00, we need to receive at least 90 actual orders in total. Before we can confirm we have 90 actual orders from this Group Buy, we cannot offer the discount of $49.00. This is why we did not offer an instant discount of $49.00 when a member places his order for the Group Buy and have the $49.00 discounted value refund to the member’s PayPal account as soon as we sum up the total number of order.

The arrangement of making the discount as refund is a way to ensure we can legally and rightfully offer the discount to our customers without breeching any distributors and resellers contractual agreements.

Moving forward

We understand that many members have voiced their concerns about the mechanism of this Group Buy, particularly to their discomfort with waiting for a refund. Now that we have had a chance to voice our position, we would like to extend an offer to alleviate your concerns over the refund amount. So from now until May 5[SUP]th[/SUP], 2012 11:59pm (EST) if members go to the closed link below and buy ‘buy now’, they will be able purchase the SquareBounce Reflector Set for the Group Buy offer of $140 + Shipping and Handling for a total of $175USD.

www.squarebounce.com/reduser_group_buy_2012.html

For those who have paid full price at $224 USD as part of the Group Buy program offered last night and now awaiting the $49 USD refund, this amount has been refunded to you via PayPal immediately.

Lastly, we must convey in doing so, our company has no way of knowing if we would hit 90+ orders, but as are committed to establishing a good relationship with you, our customer, we are willing take this risk.

We once again thank you for your interest and support in our product. We hope you enjoy working with this tool that we are very proud of.

Just placed my order! Looking forward to working with my new SquareBounces :) Thanks Lyon!
