  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Group Buy - SmallHD 702 Series Monitor

I logged into my smallhd account today to check to see if anything was moving on it and there's nothing in my order history or under billing (in open invoices and invoices paid in full.) The only place it shows anything is under reorder items. Is anyone else having this issue? Does any invoice appear in your account? I have an email with my order number and info that came in Nov 4th at 1:02 ET, so I know the order went through. Just want to make sure I don't slip through the cracks because of a computer issue.

They are still awaiting a shipment...I think they are supposed to receive it late November.

I had the same questions as it may seem like they didn't take my order, so I emailed them to make sure. They assured me they have the order and also that they're awaiting for some parts from China. They guessed late Nov is where they will start rolling out the emails with tracking #s. Time will tell.

Okay, that's what I wanted to see. At least another person has the same issue, so it's not just me. Thanks man.
 
Anyone recently got a shipping notice?
 
Crickets here... I'll update when I get movement on my order. I followed up in the caboose, one of the last ones to jump in. No worries though.
 
Ordered through group buy. Despite notice from Small HD in email that supply delays from China would delay shipment until end of Nov., got mine delivered last Friday. Very pleased, thank you Chris.
 
Just got an email today. Delivering this Friday. Stoked.
 
Just checked my account and the order is now there and "Pending Fulfilment" Hopefully it should ship in the next few days.

Has anyone tested how long the LP-E6 packs are running the monitor? Maybe my calculations are wrong, but one should run 1.62 hours (1800mah divided by 1000=1.8 x 7.2v = 12.96 AH, divided by 8 watts = 1.62.) Anyone getting anything different?

just got my shipment confirmation and i ordered real late, i think the 1st of nov
 
Shipped today 11/19/15, ordered on 11/3/15
 
Late yesterday afternoon I got a shipping notice that mine had gone out. I ordered on the 4th, so I'd be surprised if they haven't fulfilled all the group buy monitors.
