  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Group Buy -Osee 15.6" Production Field Monitor

Hi Kazu, are you sending a wireless HDMI signal to the Osee, then using the BlackMagic converter? That'd be great if it worked.

I know I should just get an SDI Ghost Eye 'cause HDMI sucks, but $$$ is getting low so lowly Nyrius it is until more cash.

You won't be disappointed with a Ghost Eye system....I'm almost positive Osee does cross convert...I'll test that for you in a few.

Wow, thanks Chris.

Ghost Eye is definitely on the short list, just need a few jobs then buy it.

whatever happened to these things? did they all fall apart yet, or keeping strong?

Yes i have an older hdmi only paralinx that's sending/receiving hdmi signal. then i keep a blackmagic microconverter bongo'd on the monitor.

I have one for sale with the soft case/hood etc. $500

I have the original 15.6 that Phil introduced here years ago.
Message me if you are a serious buyer.

I also still have the original 15.6. Love it. Had an AC fry it accidently but was able to get it repaired and up running again.

Mine went out for rent and parts didn't make it back :(
Does anyone know what screws were used for the display case?
I have to make a visor for it as well :P

Update:
The visor $135 USD according to OSEE.
I found suitable screws.

Of note, these are the perils of rental :P
