  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

GROUP BUY - NISI Filters Christmas Special!

Just to clarify, if you are in the EU or other, will you ship from a different location? If you do ship from the EU, say UK, do we need to add 20% VAT to the price? is the pricing the same in any case?

Dear Oron, all orders will be ship from China, and the price is Ex-factory price, so you need to pay for the taxes according to your country's law.
 
Add my name to the Group buy please. I'll take a full set of the Nano ND's in 4x5.65.

I'll just mention though that it makes no sense to me for one person to order one filter and it counts for one and for one other person to order 7 filters and still only counts as one for the GB... If I ordered 14 filters it would still only count as one...

I was just about the write the same, makes no sense.
 
Nano IRND (4x4) 0.3, 0.6, 0.9, 1.2, 1.8
Nano Soft IRND Grad SE (4x4) 0.6, 1.2

Given the list, it doesnt look like it currently, but if we hit the 35% off, put me in for 2 of the IRRND 4x5.6 filters. Have to do some tests to see which 2 would best fit for me. possibly something higher like the 1.8 and something low like the 0.6. I have a 1.2 currently, I love it, but bought it blindly so of course I could use something a little darker, and possibly something lighter, or maybe may go for 2 darker ones. not certain yet.

also I'm assuming that the shipping applies unless one specific order is $1,000 or more. Doesn't make sense if it were to be the entire group generating $1,000 which would be easy without the minimum for the group buy. that $45 in shipping changes things for someone like me just needing a couple of filters at the moment.

B&H has the 1.8 for $175 right now. Probably cheaper to buy it there, plus you'll get free shipping.
 
I agree this GB rate isn't ideal. It should be a per filter qualification (ie. 100 filters) as opposed to individual orders. Another issue is NISI is offering a Christmas Sale of 10% + until January 5th, so I'm not sure if I should just pull the trigger on that in case we don't make it to 50 orders here.

In any case: put me down for a few ND's (3 x 4"x4") and a Pola (4x4).

So Nisi opened it up to every filter ordered counts as one order. So if you order 5, that's 5 orders towards the total order count.

How many ND you want? Nisi adjusted the GB so now it's every filter ordered counts as one/order.

Chris, what is the difference between the standard and enhanced CPL? Also, my matte box has a 138mm tray. Must the CPLs be contained within a 4x5.65 frame, or is it possible to remove them for use in the bellows ring?
