  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

I'm number 10 on the list and haven't received any emails yet...but if we're waiting to hit 100 before they start all good and well...but i see some have already received emails.
 
I got my email, but I'm not sure if we're getting a new email once we reach 100?
 
Hi All!

The emails that were sent, from, NEAT VIDEO, occurred very early , in the course of this GB, and at the lowest tier discount. Since that time, higher tiers of discount have been achieved, albeit without actual purchases. No other emails have been sent to Interested Buyers, regarding completion of a purchase, after those first ten or so subscribers.

Now, for those who desire to complete their transaction, at the current 20% (very generous BTW) GB discount and NOT wait until conclusion of the GB enrollment date on 20 September, 2014, you may proceed. Recognize that your then, in place discount is FIXED and shall not be adjusted. Therefore, if you choose to complete your purchase, at the 20% discount tier, in place, based on subscriber numbers, as of this post, you will receive that discount, irrespective of a later 25% tier discount, if that level is achieved (which it appears may happen).

Please provide details (full name, email address, product & number of copies) and send to: sales@neatvideo.com. Also, please post, on this thread, the product ordered and number of copies, so that you do not receive a duplicate email, after conclusion of the Group Buy and an accurate tally can be made, for maximum discount purposes.

For ALL OTHER GROUP BUY INTERESTED parties, please note that you shall receive an email, from NEAT VIDEO, after conclusion of the GB, from NEAT VIDEO directly, to allow you to complete your transaction.

Emails are scheduled to be sent to all subscribed, interested parties, after the end of the group Buy, which is, in turn set for 20, September, 2014. These emails are going to be sent, from NEAT VIDEO, and shall reflect the discount tier, appropriate, for the subscribed interest Unit quantity, at that time.

NEAT VIDEO did send out approximately ten emails, early on, in the GB, but those subscribers were later notified that,to obtain the maximum discount rate, those emails should not be used for purchase, as the higher discount tiers were thence achieved.

A few Subscribers desired to forego the wait, for the highest tier discount(if that is to be achieved) or end of Group Buy and exercised their purchase option at the then, in effect, discount rate.

Wait, wait, wait. That's not correct, Nick.

I specifically got an email from the Neat Video folks telling me that, if more sales were achieved and a larger group buy percentage granted later on, that I would receive a refund from Neat Video after the end of the group buy.

Frankly, I don't care, as it is only going to be another ten or fifteen bucks, but I do want to make it clear for what we signed up for.
