  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Group Buy: L'Aigle Exoskeleton

Is it too late to add one or two more if I'm paid in full? I'm serious. If it was better advertised earlier, I'd add more units.

Regardless, I'm very very excited about this product (or piece of art).

For a variety of reasons including Weapon upgrade I am selling my #7 spot & deposit for $1k US to offset exchange rate loss. Hope I'm not ruffling feathers by doing so. Please PM me if interested first come first serve.

Thank you,

Has this practice even been sanctioned by Pierre? I have seen nothing, and have seen nothing that says other participants will be allowed to buy extra units, or outsiders will be allowed in to reach the original 93 unit level.

Just watched the tapes. This is going to be worth every cent. Have to admit, it does have me wondering if getting rid of my Helix and taking a Ronin instead was the right move. What I'd like to know is there anyway to get anymore height out of it when in overselling mode. Also, can anyone tell me what's the MO for operating in inverted. Just thinking about eye level work.

Thanks

I'm sure there will be drop outs from the Group Buy. I'd suggest contacting those who haven't paid their balance and see if you work something out. i.e.) Change of delivery address, etc.

Wow! if that's not a great endorsement. People who haven't paid up. Buy it and I'm sure you can unload it quickly for whatever price - just please don't leave us stranded.

GOD this is awesome... Just hearing them talk about this gets me more and more excited and so incredibly happy about this deal... This seems to be one of the most thorough endorsements I've seen for the L'aigle so far. So awesome!

For the guys and girls that has not cashed yet. What are you waiting for?

Here's an idea for third party makers - a bridge to suspend your gimbal from the center of the gimbal's cross bar. It would consist of a piece of lightweight hardware that spans the ends of the exo's arms with a simple loop / hook you in the center that you can slide the top handle into. This would completely free up your pan axis for quick unobstructed moves, as well as freeing up your arms to do other things such as pull focus, eat a sandwich, drink coffee, scratch your nose, etc.

The other idea I had was why not make a bracket that can slide or somehow fix to the vest with a simple rod mechanism by which you can mount your monitor instead of mounting it on the gimbal. This would always keep the monitor in front of your face taking care of the obtuse or blind angles we often have to deal with when operating high or low. It would effectively have the advantages of using Cinemizer glasses without having to drive blind. It would definitely expand your move repertoire.

Just throwing them out there as I've neither the time or inclination to make them. If anyone does, throw me a bone and let me beta test.

If there are any empty spots i am here and willing to pay asap:) would love to buy pne for my production! Thank you!

Thanks Mike. You're noted pending as some others, while I'm waiting for Pierre's update wire list. probably the day after NAB, as he has a lot to think about right now considering the huge success of his Exos.
