  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Group Buy: L'Aigle Exoskeleton

Hey guys
Two questions.
One. Does anybody know what booth lagile will be at during NaB? Pierre will you be there? I'd love to meet you and try the unit.

Also Bérenger, can you please update your list from payment pending to complete? I received confirmation from Pierre. Thx. Looking forward to trying the unit at NAB!

updates Done.

65 units paid, or with incoming bank wire. We're almost there ! 2 or 3 more every day is good but not enough, we really need to have the whole payment ready for the 20th. Especially the ones on the top of the list.

For those attending NAB, let's meet on AbelCine booth, US reseller for the exo.
I'll be there tomorrow and tuesday.
You can also try an at-the-edge 20kg Alexa/Double Helix setup on the Letus booth...

Ahhh - so you're at NAB :)

Sadly I'm stuck in Blighty - the Land of Ros Beef, LOL.

Looking forwards to updates!

I wish I could be there Pierre... Have a great NAB!

Anyone who tests the Exo, please feel free to report your impressions here.

Thanks!

Teaming up with Abel is the best news for us NY'ers. Nice going. Parts and repair just a few stops on the tube. I'm hoping and praying I get mine before a feature I have in June. My arms are beat from a job last Friday.

I went (almost) straight for Abel once the doors opened this morning and tried out the exo.

First thoughts are that is well designed and built, and performs its task excellently. Pierre helped me get it on, but I have no doubt that once I've done it once or twice then help would not be necessary.

I took it through its range of motion and it is very smooth and quiet. I also managed to do some short distance running with it and I didn't feel unsafe at all.

Overall my impressions were good. If anyone has any specific questions please ask them and I will do my best to answer them.

Thanks very much for posting your thoughts. Coming from someone with your experience, it's especially comforting that you liked it!

Thank you Terry! I'm glad to share.

I think those that have stuck in will be glad they did.

I'm going to second Austins thoughts here. I went to the Abel booth first up to see the Unit. I'm also very impressed with what Pierre has created. Very smooth and steady. The design feels like an extension of the arms and is very ergonomic. I also tried s few other un-mentionable exos today to and they were a joke compared to the L'AGILE. Pierre is a great guy who wants to bring us all a great product. Stay happy people. It's going to be worth it.

Where is the "LIKE" button. :-)

I also stopped by the AbelCine booth and got a chance to meet Pierre and try out the exo. The second the exoskeleton took the weight of the MoVi, I counted myself extremely happy that I went in on this group buy. It honestly makes it feel as though you can carry a gimbal all day without problem. It even kept the motion steady as I burst into a near full on sprint while wearing the unit. Pierre was incredibly kind and helpful and has definitely made a product well worth the investment.

I also went to test the system today... Wow! It blew me away! I paid my deposit... I'm all in now! It was incredible! Pierre couldn't be nicer! It's butter smooth. You can go low to high with ease. Barely felt the weight! We're so lucky were getting it at this price too! Thanks Carey and Pierre!

Is it too late to add one or two more if I'm paid in full? I'm serious. If it was better advertised earlier, I'd add more units.
