  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Group Buy: L'Aigle Exoskeleton

-How many doors must a man pass throw?
Before you call him a man?

Looking forward to get the final version! Its going to be great!

Edit: What is the pump for? Is it to make it more comfit able?

The height is optimal with the Helix; with the Ronin or others gimbals, the arms need to be very high for sight height..

Or use inverted mode on the other Gimbals to get a similar height.

Sorry to interrupt those fascinating stories.

Here is a video shot by our exclusive UK reseller, Beyond HD:

This is shot with one of the pre-prod sample. Bear in mind that we twisted the rotation axle of the exoarms to have their elbow curves come closer by 10".
Yet, you will discover the "OCTOPUS TECHNIQUE" in this video on how to worm through tight spaces.

Ok, that's all from me. You may resume to personal stories / conspiracy theories / negative prejudices / racist thoughts...

I'll be watching that obsessively for the next two weeks! :-) Thanks, Pierre!

And I was excited to see you discuss and demonstrate the "suitcase mode" with the Helix. What an ideal combination of equipment!!

Yes but I presume that with heavy loads and inverted mode, the wrists will suffer...

Better to have crossed handles (Helix) on the gimbal in this case...
A new accessory from our gimbal supplier?

No need for a Helix... I have a solution that will change the way you use your Exo... This is an innovation to the Exo that I came up with during my testing, as Pierre alluded to, that we were in negotiations about... He decided to allow me to manufacture and sell it as an accessory, instead of buying the rights outright.

I will announce this innovation once the group buy is final.

In the earlier video there was a bracket on each arm that raised the gimball. Will be interesting to se what you come up with.
I still loved to se an option for a v-mounted battery with an integrated cabel as an option.

One of our flexible power cables will be long enough to facilitate that ;-)

Sure Vincent... Please give me until this group buy is final as I promised Pierre I would wait to disclose it until after the group buy. Thanks!

Hi Carey and Pierre,
Thank you for both hanging in there with this group buy and very exciting stuff!!

Carey, can you start a list from this GB as a way for us to get info on your accessory for the exo after the GB ends? If not, I'll PM you my contact if you don't have it; Thanks again!

Amazing video. That should ease lots of people's mind. Not that it matters, but I made my payment before I saw this video :-)

Seriously, could I buy one more unit?

Thanks Pierre,

i was was close to dropping out until I saw this video. It was great to see considerably more mobility than I antcipated. The stairs, hallway and door shots answered a lot of questions.

The video is just what I needed to see. I dig the way you can park the arms as I see applications for one arm mode (super tight spaces). It'll be a game changer not only for filmmaking but household chores too. Got some firewood to move. Can we add a cup holder?
