  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Group Buy: L'Aigle Exoskeleton

I am confused by the statements for rate of production. The initial unit was gauged at 25 units built per day. Then a later post on the new unit talked about a company hired being able to ship 200 units per day (not specificaly building 200 units per day). That seems to be quite a production line for a piece of equipment like this, I wonder if that is even what was intended to say. Everyone on this thread needs to know what the startup production rate would be. Being where I am in the line, right now I am not expecting to see anything in my hands until 4 weeks after news of the first shipment to a customer. Myself,, I can wait a long time, I want the most mature, quality unit instead of quicker delivery.
 
I'm a little confused at this point. Has Carey received his unit yet? Are we suppose to pay the balance now? I thought we were waiting for final reviews. Are units shipping? Might be nice to get a consolidated update on all accounts.

I paid the deposit via paypal so I don't have any other payment option at the moment. I've been hoping to receive the units some time ago but of course things get delayed but an expectation would be nice. It's entirely a unit that is important enough to want to schedule shoots around..

Hi I have not received any private email (ever) explaining what to do should I have? I can't see where to go to pay on the l'iagle site, I have read back a few pages of past threads saying they have had instructions on how to pay. Am I missing something here, a little help please. ...anyone Thank you
 
Log in to your account on the website - and you should then see a PDF invoice in the Order History/My Account section.

Mine is slightly incorrect (the full Paypal deposit is slightly different to the amount removed from the invoice).

But I'm sure all the minor hiccups will be sorted out over the coming weeks... I think a mail/post from Pierre on here will help clarify things, I just get a feeling he's busy :)

You don't need to put it into cart.

You ordered DEPOSIT and got an invoice. You paid for the DEPOSIT. Now your invoice is CHANGED, and the sum you can see is group buy price MINUS the deposit. It would be weird if they would put exo with half the price on their product list, so they just changed the invoice you already had from deposit.
So now just transfer the money through bank using the old bank information to which you sent your deposit and you are good to go.
 
I sent my deposit using paypal, (via Laigle email address) That method does not work now just tried with same email i used for deposit payment?
Bank account to make transfer is not shown on invoice for BACS payment, been all over payment page , i have my invoice PDF can't find account anywhere. I think my invoice is only showing top half if its on bottom lot of blank space on it, its only showing net amount excl tax. Pierre can someone answer the phone or reply to my email, bit more clarity would be appreciated
 
Just wanted to check what everyone else is getting as their total price for the Exoskeleton, prior to subtracting the deposit. My invoice lists 2,395 Euros. I understand that this includes shipping, but considering shipping from France to the USA was estimated at 100 euros, shipping from France to the UAE coming in at 4x that is quite surprising.
 
Hey Mohammed, check with Pierre. Mine was like yours but it was re-adjusted based on shipping cost.
 
Shipping to the US was $149 Euro. Also had to pay a $15 Euro additional fee to Pierre due to some sort of issue with the bank transfer that Pierre would have had to pay if I didn't.
 
Thanks for the information Galen, I received Pierre's email address and will be asking him about it directly :)

EDIT: Just wanted to mention that I got in touch with Pierre directly and he quickly got back to me and confirmed my information was correct for the UAE, due to DHL's shipping volumes.

Peirre: Can we get an official word from you as far as payments go? We haven't received any kind of deadline since all the dates have shifted, and we have not received the final review from Carrey. What is expected at this point? Also, I PM'ed you about the missing bank account information on my invoice and have not heard from you.
