Pierre is requesting everyone to pay via Bank Transfer from now on... there is an issue with PayPal.

I already paid (my deposit), with Paypal, quite some time ago. I trust that is still OK.

I am hoping the Paypal thing gets solved before the final payment is due.
 
Hey Carey, I just wanted to touch base. I tried the wire transfer but when I put in the bank account info in my BofA wire transfer account info it says his info was wrong. i dont want to miss the window but i just need to figure out if I'm inputing the info wrong or what? Does he know if the paypal will be fixed anytime soon for us to use that as it seems the easiest to use. Thanks for the help thus far Carey and I appreciate the hard work.

Although this is my first post, I've been checking RedUser for months and learned so much new. So I wanted to say thank you for this group buy, as in the possibility and as it finally made me register here!
And thank you Carey for organizing it!
I paid with express shipping, and I'm in.
 
For what it is worth, I am paying the balance ONLY with Paypal so Pierre needs to get that fixed. Payment by paypal was part of the original plan. No paypal, no purchase.

Unfortunately, PayPal is not releasing the funds to L'Aigle. PayPal can be very difficult to deal with sometimes. By the time you receive your unit Galen, you will have seen a working production model and know exactly what you are getting. The bank transfer is the best way for the company to receive the funds. I have bought several items on here through bank transfer before, including the awesome RT Motion MK3 FF, and never had an issue. It's not really a big deal to pay via Bank Transfer. If you do not want to go this route, you are always welcome to cancel your order.
 
Carey - a major difference in payment methods is the ability to use a credit card with Paypal. It really is pulling a switch on people not to accommodate Paypal payments. Since L"Aigle is a legitimate business, it sure does seem like that issue should be fixable.

Honestly, this one is way over my head and out of my hands. I only relay information from Pierre.
Please contact Pierre of L'Aigle if you have questions regarding the PayPal issue.
 
Perhaps he could comment here since there are several of us with this concern. I might guess that the issue is the fees. I don't recall that my payment was adjusted upward for any fees so that might mean they are necessarily charged to L'Aigle. If that is the case, let's get it out in the open and deal with it.
 
Well, we spoke about a groupbuy with the capacity to obtain 1000e on the normal price.

Even if there is a charge for the bank transfert, it still a really good deal not ?

In my case, I guess.
 
Let's be clear. The group buy was never put together with a specific savings level, just a specified (and very favorable) pricing. It has definitely accomplished that!

And, it was stated from the first that the buyer would pay Paypal fees if they wanted to use that method of payment. Not ideal, IMO, but it was stated up front and, therefore, quite fair to require it. I am just advocating for that poliucy to be carried through.
