  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Don't have a runtime, but do you know the battery plate is a dual-vmount? You can run two bricks off the same unit. I don't think you need bigger batteries.
 
The head is 100W so the runtime with 190Wh battery @ 5600K 100% is 190min

Hi Kaspar,

A couple of control based questions if i may...

I've looked at the iOS app, so can see how the light is controlled but is there any way to program an animated pattern into it - animating intensity and colour?

I see this is Art Net based but can the lights be controlled with other apps that do offer this kind of functionality?

Or is there an iOS SDK available?

Last question - are the individual LEDs addressable, so that we could potential animate each of the 16 LEDs separately for interactive lighting effects, thinking of blue/red siren sweeps across the face of the light. I tried to do this with the kick light off kickstarter a few years back but the app was so dodgy and the light itself really poor QA that it was too much trouble. However the technique was super useful in some situations?

Looking forward to getting the lights though :)
