  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Yea, their latest 150M is newer since Cinegears wasn't happy with the original one in terms of reliability, signal strength, etc. they improved everything with it. I'll put your name down, if you change your mind, let me know!
 
Can we add more receivers for 150M for a special GB price? I need a kit with 2 receivers.

Also, is there an all black model? Silver is not very good on sets as it bounces light easily.

It's in the original post, but yes, you can add additional receivers for 40% off.

I'll ping Steven and ask him about a black model.

We send out transmision kits to film crews for reviews. They should be coming up really soon.

Oh and with the warranty, you can just sent it back if you dont like it. :)

I read several "zero latency" statements (talking about the 400M here). Are you 100% sure you don't mean <30ms Latency?

Remember, the Epic/Scarlet have some latency out of the SDI port already, so you're not quite at zero to begin with. On the productions I've been on, I've used the 400M on every production I have been on since I received the prototype, and I confidently have my AC's pull focus with no issues with latency.

I knew going into it that the 400M was an expensive item and not everyone would need one since it's very specialized for that kind of range. So he opened it up, which is great!
 
Hello,

After testing the equipment, a canadian focus puller shared his concern about the power port is not universal.

So from now on all Cinegears 150M wireless video transmission system use standard female 2 pins lemo power port for DC power supply.

Thanks for the feedbacks and thanks you canadian film crew for testing the equipment. :)

Is 150M now called 120M?

I'd like to see pics of the black model too.

Also - is there an option to replace the standard power jack with a 2 pin lemo connector like action products did on their unit? It's the same basic unit with different branding so it should be possible.

It went back to 150M in the store. Strange.

Btw, what is the closing date for this group buy, Chris? Really need the system soon and don't want to wait months to get it.

the 150 to 120 was an accident. :P
We told a intern to change the price of a product from $150 to $120 not the name of the video transmitter.

Closes on the 31. They have everything in stock, so as soon as the orders are placed, they will ship. If we reach the max tier prior to the 31, then Cinegears will release the codes so you guys can place your orders.
