  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Group Buy: Budget CRI 95 LED Strip Lights

The final controller unit is on the way to me for approval. The first 100 units will follow soon behind.

I'm still on the road with limited internet finishing up some family stuff. I'll be able to start catching up on messages this weekend.

Next weekend I will start working on tutorials for you guys.

Andre and Ivan, I wrote you directly on Messenger.

The best place to go for the latest is the Facebook Group. I post the big updates here when I'm at a computer, but can update more easily from my mobile on Facebook. I posted this earlier today:

"Sample finally arrived today. New printing and upgraded guts for better cross voltage and thermal protection. The terminals will be color-coded when you get yours."

Most of the parts have been received. Waiting on a couple more and they will get the line going. It took longer than estimated to upgrade the cross voltage / thermal protection. All 1,000 controllers are being made at once, the first 100 are being sent, and the remaining will follow soon behind. I'll know in a day or two the status of the remaining parts that need to arrive for production to begin.

I'm still getting caught up on messages. I have about 80 more to go through.

I was supposed to fly back on Saturday, but will be extending my trip. I'm not flying home until this is done."

Which FB group is it? The secret filmmaker one or there's a proper one just for this GB?
I'm lost in the all process...

I assume you still never joined the Facebook Group? Brandon has been posting stuff almost at least once a day this past week, and he's been frequently updating on the order operations since your last post. He's offered to ship out any LED strips for the group buy members as they request them, with the controllers almost into final production.

I just went to look at the FB group and I can't find it anywhere.
 
I dont use facebook and dont plan on it.
Can anyone give me a coles notes on whats up?

The lights and controllers (we had beta controllers) are simply amazing! The finished controllers will be incredible!
