  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

2 finished controllers are en route to me now. The heat issues are totally fixed and these units exceed our original spec in a number of ways. As soon as I have them in hand I'll post all the details. Things are looking really good.

When do you estimate the final item will be ready to ship?
 
Is facebook page closed down? I just would like a summary of info on controllers.
# of channels, amps per channel, etc. with 2,200 posts it is hard to find this info.

I'm really hesitant to make an estimate until I have a finished unit in hand. Our production run will take a few weeks. The major hurdles are behind us, so it won't be much longer.

The Facebook group is open, but I had to change it to invite only due to spam. If you want in PM the email you use with Facebook.

The controllers are 10A x 4 and work with variable/hybrid or single color strips. WiFi and RF wireless control is built in. Flicker free to 120fps. These are the preliminary specs. The final specs, which will be better in a number of ways, will be announced once I have a finished unit in hand and have tested it. 2 are on the way to me now.
 
China's going on holiday until the 3rd week of February starting this weekend. That controller better arrive quick.
 
I'm starting to get in a hurry. . . I've got a feature coming up in late April. I gotta have all this stuff by then.

Brandon,
It's not the time for your software engineers/engineers to look for an excuses. People may get direct anger on you if you keep accepting their excuses (and it may hurt your positive reputation on this forum).

Please understand Patience is not simply the ability to wait, it's how we all behave together while we're waiting. If you care about your fellow user's patience please try focus on your engineers for final answer instead of their excuses. These people must break their bad habits.

However, It may be a better feeling to create "VOTE in POLL" so we can all decide (based on result). "Should we all get refund until this is product is completely done or keep supporting their bad habit and blame on you).

No pressure, no diamonds...

Sorry Brandon, my point isn't waiting for approval or disapproval.
My point is to pressure on your engineers so we can be out from this year long suffering. We all know waiting is painful (did all year long) however not knowing when this will over is worse kind of suffering.

We made bad mistakes in past to paid in full and keep accepting their excuse (I personally accept that). I must vote for creating "VOTE in POLL" and put pressure on your engineers. Please under I am a member of a this group, and I rely on the team so asking individual refund is not the solution here.

Brandon, I valued your hard work however your engineers having a difficulties to understand our patience and time.
