  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

I guess I'm waiting for the documents so that there is a clearer picture on what we could get.

But I'm sure as hell going for the red pill.
 
A little confused about the controller not being powerful enough, I thought you had one you were using on your variable strip? It wasn't powerful enough for the whole strip?

But if it doesn't work on the whole strip then RED :)

The power supplies in our group buy can handle 1 strip at the most. You will need to a very large quality power supply to power 4 full strips at once. If you plan to do a setup like this email me and we can figure out what you need.

Red pill of course.

But to be clear, you're saying the controller can handle up to 4 strips, but the power units can't, right ? That would make sense as the power were rated at around 10 amps if I remember well...
So what would be the solution if we want to use the controller to its full power ? (or at least with let's say 2 or 3 strips) ?
 
I think Red pill is probably the way to go, but I'm not sure I fully understand the wrinkles.

Does this new controller have the ability to control both variable and fixed strips?

It sounds like it has plenty of power to supply enough current, but what is the maximum camera fps flicker free throughout the dimming range?
