  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Holy cow- got a shipping notice already!!! The Art7, 8 cable set and a few of the wing plates are backordered- BUT- THE 8 LIGHT KIT HAS ALREADY SHIPPED! WEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!! :)

BTW- I paid within 10 minutes of getting the email with payment details... :)

They charged my card this afternoon so I'm assuming mine is going to ship soon.
 
I ordered a 4 tube kit. I was notified that the case without any tubes has shipped but that the tubes them selves are back ordered.
 
Glad to hear that orders are shipping already! The team at Adorama is working very hard to get as much product out to you all as quickly as possible.

Spoke with the sales rep at Adorama about my 4 pack. He says it looks like they're probably going to come in during the passover holiday, so it will more than likely be a couple weeks before they ship.

There are some delays with the 4-packs. A big reason for this is that product (4-pack with charging case) didn't exist before we ran this GB. We looked at the options, recognized the gap and need for a more compact set and are putting it together ourselves (as opposed to the set of 8 which comes straight from the factory all packaged up.) So thanks to everyone for being patient. Hopefully the massive discount helps make the wait a little easier.

My set of 8 shipped yesterday with an expected delivery by Monday. the ART7 is still on back order. but im happy the set shipped so quickly!

Makes sense to me.

Figured I'd put the info here to save folks the trouble.
 
Mine arrived yesterday, that was the fastest group buy I've ever participated in from saying I wanted a set to actually having it was so crazy fast.
 
I got mine on Saturday - then used them on a convenience store robbery scene the next day. These things are awesome.

I put them in a freezer and refrigerators with the waterproof stoppers and they worked perfectly!

Also were great as overhead faux fluorescent lights. So far I'm so happy with these things, EXCEPT for how heavy the case is - WOW!
 
Update from Adorama on the 4 packs

"According to the manufacturer estimates we expect to fulfill your
order by next week. Please note these dates are generally accurate, but
are subject to change at the discretion of manufacturer. "
