  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

green footage

To me this sounds like corrupt frames that cause the green images and make it impossible for the software to read the file. Only way I know is to transcode around the corrupt frames to DPX with redrocket.
I hope someone knows another cause for this issue.
Otherwise I'm really getting concerned of the mass of posts on this board about corrupt frame issues.
@RED: like I stated before... I can't believe that suddenly al our CF card readers, drives an cables went bad. It's time to take it serious IMO

Frames are ok, looks good in REDcine and QT, so it seems to be a PP problem.

Thanks

Are you using the latest plugins from Adobe? Any time MX files are viewed with software coded for the original M chip, the image has a green tint to it.

Encode to codec that your NLE can read for the time being if you are in rush

Thank you,
I have prepared the RedRocket Mobile to convert the R3D to tiff or Prores tonight, and try to change the PC config later.
