  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

GearNex NAB - Booth C7338 & RedUser Event

Joseph I didn't have the chance to check out the new gear head. Where in LA can I demo it?
 
Gotta say a big Thank You to the guys at Gearnex. I never imagined that I'd win such an incredible piece of equipment. I hope to put it to use as soon as possible... so that means a lot of woodshedding with the laser. The people at Gearnex couldn't have been nicer and I've got to say they clearly care about the quality of the head they manufacture. It is a handmade precision instrument that I drooled over last year at NAB, and again this year. I was sitting next to Jay when the number was called. I hope I didn't scare you too much Jay!
 
Checked out the new Gearnex at NAB. Wow! I'm confident you could purchase this unit now and be very happy.
If you already purchased one last year, you must upgrade. It's taken an already good product and made it so much better.
 
Hi Joe, can't wait to get my hands on mine, hope it is nearly ready to ship when you get back home...remember you told me to remind you...would have liked to be in LV and have seen all the cool new stuff.Patiently waiting for my GearNex, and I will also be ordering the tilt plate soon.

We are very pleased to know an actual operator won it and can enjoy it. Also, knowing Jay he probably didn't mind and was just as excited for you.

Actually Michael, most of the changes are not exterior but interior. The gears, bearings, etc have been upgraded and the performance much improved. We also have new accessories which will be posting pictures of soon.

You can check it out at FilmTools in Burbank now and Abel Cine Tech and Laurel Canyon Studios soon.

Abel Cine Tech. As soon as we get a chance to unpack we'll have GearNex heads on display in our New York and Burbank showrooms.
