When I export from either Resolve or Red Cine X my exported clip does not match the colour and tone of what I am seeing within the grading software.
The exported clip always looks flatter and with less contrast.

Is this a gamma shift issue?

Basically I want to know that what I see

Is there some setting somewhere that I am missing?

Please help.

Make sure under the video settings, you deselect gamma correction. I believe it's on by default. This may be your problem. Go to export settings, then click under "File Format" - Setup. "Compression Settings" - Video. Change Gamma Correction from Automatic to None.
