We recently finished shooting "Lost Tales from Camp Blood: Parts 4, 5, and 6" for the new Friday the 13th DVDs (Parts 4-6, respectively) with the Red One (which I'd never used before). Easily the best experience I've had with a camera. I've never been happier with footage I've shot, before or after post. Yes...I was jumping up and down like a little kid when we got out there with the Red. Dream come true.
We shot nights for 5 days (4 of which were in the forest), with limited lighting (when in the forest). We had a set of Zeiss Super Speeds (18, 25, 35, 50, 85) and a Zeiss standard speed 135mm. We shot 4k 2:1 and framed for 2.40:1.
Here are some stills from the color corrected cuts.
