I have a 24inch JVC broadcast monitor that I no longer need. I bought this used a little over a year ago from a fellow DVXUSER/REDUSER member. Everything is in perfect working order. Please let me know if you have any questions. My email is the best way to get a hold of me. It's michael@811productions.com. Looking to get $1350 shipped out insured UPS to conus only. Thanks.

I see in the manufacturer's specs it says:
Native 1920 x 1080p display
High-performance LCD panel (1900 x 1200)

What the heck does that mean? Are there 1200 native pixels, so a 1080 image will be slightly letterboxed? Is this some kind of marketing garbage?

It is slightly letterboxed using the sdi connection. If you hook it up using the DVI-D connection to a computer, then you're graphics card will read the extra pixels and it will go fullscreen.

... and you can use the extra area for monitoring audio or have TC info there - also useful features like 1:1 for 720, dual sdi's & loop thru, safe markers etc.

They're made to sit in edit suites etc.

I have 2 of these - really nice HD/SD monitors :)

Just letting people know that there is a sale pending. I will let everyone know if it falls through and if it becomes available again. Thanks.

And Mark, that hood is just something that I had made at this site: http://www.photodon.com/c/Computer_Monitor_Hoods.html.
