Yes it is brand new. But it is also second hand!
After the ownership the new owner has only a 90-day-guaranty...
You have to ship the equipment to RED for inspection.

But I am sure you will get good offers. It is still a very good deal for someone who want an Epic-X now.

I don't understand your point. This is hardly a second-hand camera. It has just arrived, and never been powered up. It is available now, not sometime in 2012.

I expect to sell it for very close to the list price, effectively transferring the "X" discount to my "M" purchase. If something is wrong with that, I don't know what it is. If you don't want to pay the value of the camera, then don't make an offer.

The warranty can be extended two years with Red Armor.

This program does not apply to transferred purchases. This is only for original owners that have the standard 1 year warranty. We may introduce a transferred program down the road, but this isn't it.

Really? Canon mount should be a premium, bomb evf..premium. Everything you can't buy but can place a deposit should be sold for profit on the reduser forum. We went over this before, Michael.

I agree with the OP trying to sell this at cost- what a cool guy!
