Flying to Puerto Rico with Batteries Questions

I have a ton of the RED Bricks 150 and want to use those how strict are they cause I fly all the time with my Bricks and looking to Take 8 with me plus 5 90 Blue Shapes. I will carry them on of course should I just get more 90s or be okay with mine as long as they are packed clean and professionally (Trekpak dividers)

Most airlines let you carry 160Wh batteries. But call and check.
