A fun, not so serious camera test with my new Scarlet-W and set of Leica R lenses.

I wanted to see how it performed in less-than-ideal lighting situations and really push the limits of the sensor and of the various framerates and compressions. This was shot with a whole mix of 5k 23.98, 60fps, 4k 120fps, and 2k 240fps.

Really pleased with this camera so far!

Thanks for sharing! First stuff I've seen from the S-W.

Beautiful footage, Brian! Thanks for posting.

thanks for sharing really loving these images can't wait to get my Scarlet W

I know it's a long shot, but I'm hoping to get mine before April 5th... so that I can put it through its paces in Death Valley. :)

Thanks for the footage Brian. I read that you were using an older machine to create this. May I ask how long the final render time was for the finished product?

Less than 5 minutes, 4:19 to be exact.

Computer specs if you want to compare:

Intel i7-2600k (3.4 Ghz Quad Core)
16 GB RAM
nVidia GTX 760

Hey Brian, maybe you did in another thread, but I think someone asked to see a 5k or 4k r3d. If that's possible that would be sweet! No worries/pressure if not.
