  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

First documentary about the introduction of the Scarlet-X!!!

Good one. :D

See terry,

You don't even need a camera to make a movie. :)

I like the cinematography. I thought your fixed lens choices were great. Cool how you can make a film of that caliber with a fixed lens camera.

David

Thanks, David. It may change the whole way I do films from here forward!!! I don't need no stinkin' camera!! :001_tt2:

Haha we should have one of this for summary in every thread!

Lol.....Very good Margret Thatcher Bear or was that cat had the accent just right. I couldn't help but notice your character had different size eyes, I assume one was 2/3 the other S35 ? ;)

The Fix lens would of been ok, but I really wanted the interchangeable 2/3 chip camera I think it would have been the digital super 16mm camera and if I wanted 35mm DOF I could put any number of the DOF adapters on it like Letus, Redrock or Cinevate.

Yeah - I talk about that in the sequel...

Friday I am going to order my Scarlet, but I feel the same way. (But part of it is the price point for me!) I was going to start a thread about the fact that I will be shooting mostly in 3K. It just seems more practicle at this point in time for ME.

Nailed it again, Terry. Awesome.

I'm doing a project in Toonboom Animate, but it isn't that funny.

So Funny Terry...thanks for that.
Lol

Well, the highlights looked a little clipped, and there's noise in the shadows (these showup when Nuke's undocumented Dr. Strangelove Vectorscope CRM114 value is set to "OPE". Resolution seemed oaky, but it's hard to tell when viewing online. To be honest, I would have stayed away from Camera RGB and used RedLog and RedGamma, and Rocket card for the debayer, but that's just me getting nitpicky. Also thirty seconds of bars and tone never hurt anyone. ;)

Otherwise, great work!
