Firmware Update issues

Hello Everybody,
I'm trying to update the firmware on my raven. It came with firmware 6.3.78 and I'm trying to install the latest version, 7.0.4. I'm only MacBook Pro and when I mount the SSD mini mag and try to copy the force_upgrade folder into the mini mag, it ejects the card and doesn't let me copy it. I've tried to copy directly to the mini mag and also info the folder A062_0101G6.RDM. I'm not sure what's going on or what I'm doing wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

On mac you should have a red icon in the top right of your menu bar (near the clock)... that’s the RED WATCHDOG preventing accidental writing to REDMags by mounting them as READ ONLY ... just drop down the menu and select the option to remount it as READ-WRITE and you should be good to copy the force update FW...
