  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Finally online, Joseph Kahn's Power Rangers Short, Dragons and Master Anamorphics.

Very cool! I hated the power rangers (for all of the reasons enumerated in the introduction) and this redeems them in my eyes. :D

Adi Shankar is always very clear that he doesn't make these on "spec" as in as a pitch. He just does them for the joy of making them.

This is madly good. The look is incredible. What an unbelievable cool project!
 
FANTASTIC!!! never seen anything Power Rangers (so some of the backstory went over my head), but man do i want to see MORE
 
Nothing makes a kiddie franchise ten times cooler than good ole ultraviolence.

That's a beautiful short -- very high production values, excellent color, and terrific lighting. Great job, guys.
 
Is the full R version on YouTube somewhere?

If not, did anybody download the full Vimeo version and is willing to host it somewhere?

Or maybe Christopher can post a new version? ;)
 
8 million views in a day and a half for an indie spec short is pretty damn crazy!
 
I'm seeing this promo'd all over the place... CNN just did a piece about the buzz. Great work... this blew up faster than pretty much anything I've seen on the Internet, less than 2 days.
 
Aw man loved the youtube version and went to check out the vimeo version, but its down. Is it coming back up? Beautiful work!
