  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

filmmaker's gang is using my photo as an avatar

RED users the "filmmaker's gang" is using my photo as an avatar.

The Third Man is not the "filmmaker's gang" at all.

The "filmmaker's gang" is known before to me because of sending some nasty PMs and emails

a couple months ago where he was insulting my girlfriend, etc,...

I would ask the "filmmaker's gang" here at this tread of RED user forum IN PUBLIC that he/she change his/her avatar.

Even if the "filmmakers' gang" (he/she) is not going to do THAT

I do not care except that YOU, an avarage RED user knows

what is going with that avatar (its meaning) that could lead somebody to have a wrong conclusion it's me BUT actually it is not The Third Man behind that.

So what can I say more about that "kindergarden" act.

Also I'm not asking for help here, I'm asking for the forum action (mods) and of course for your understanding.

So what you think?

you're probably right.. what you cannot know it is: I am at bed w/ fever.. bored till the bones.. my laptop's dvd player is broken.. without mentioning a certain ebay seller whom I paid almost US $1000 for a 720p projector a few months ago.. silent like a mouse so far..

That said, I have to jump in in Sanjin´s defense. He is one of the few posters that stands out (for me) with delivering useful, new, knowledgeable information, again and again. Filmaker´s Gang nor Kalone don´t put up their real name. Filmmaker´s Gang used another users´ photograph as his avatar, and rather than saying sorry went ahead with accusations.

So, from past performance, my vote goes for Sanjin.

Now, lets get back to filmmaking.

We should not pay so much attention for this kind of doing things like a filmmaker's gang "jokes" because it looks as a sort of generated forum spam.

If it continues, we would need a sort of spam prevention.
