Can this be mounted on say Leica R's glass?

You'll have to excuse my ignorance. But if this is an anamorphic attachment does the 35mm refer to the focal length its supposed to be used with or that it is for 35mm film?

Yes, it is for 35mm film like all the other LOMO anamorphic primes. I guess it can be used with any 35mm prime if a lens specialist can sychronize the front attachment and a rear optical part focusing.______________________________________________________________________________

Yes, a 35mm squarefront anamorphic prime costs more than $4000 and it is very hard to find. It gives almost the same picture.

Question is this a projector adapter, if so it only works with quit long lenses, or?

No, this is the anamorphic section of a (normally) OCT-18 two piece cinema lens.

The Squarefront 35mm NAS type had 3 lenses, this 35mm & a 50 & 75mm. The 50mm & 75mm used the same anamorphic adapter and the 35mm had to have a custom one due to it's field of view. The OCT-18 mount was a cheaper system (turn in the mount to focus), so these where the bottom end of the Lomo market - the BAS type Squarefronts (all one piece) occupied the middle ground and the later Roundfronts where the top end.

From the blurry last shot, lens year looks to be 1981. It's FOV will allow for any 35mm cine lens of that era (or one with a similar FOV today).

Yes, made in 1981. New price

Will take for $300 for parts.

35mm primes OKS-1-35-1 in anamorphic mount are rare as dodo birds, so little chance to mate it back into a functional unit.

I found rear OKS8-35-1 glass
