Editor wants 4K, graded footage of interviews from DaVinci Resolve so he can punch into tighter shots. I'm not sure how to set this up. Suggestions anyone? Thanx.

You could create dailies with RedGamma4/DragonColor (or whatever settings are appropriate) within daVinci Resolve, then output those to the proxy format of the editor's choice. ProRes 444 4K can work, as can DNxHR 4K for Avid.

Thanks, Marc. What I didn't know was that I simply had to set my timeline to 4K and export at the same settings as the other footage for consistency. ProRes 422HQ at 4K res. Bingo!

Exactly -- that can work. If they're editing on PC, then DNxHD or DNxHR may be a better choice. Be warned that the overhead on 4K is still considerable for a lot of users. If they use half-res proxies, you can still use the relative sizing data and punch in during the final color-correction pass from the raw.
