Errors adobe premiere with exporting

Hi people!

lately we encounter severe exporting problems with adobe premiere on multiple machines.
Mainly if we try to export someting with lumetri or a dynamic link.
Tried evertything, from exporting to 4k to hd in MP4 format, low bitrates, compressions etc.

The software in combination with our hardware just feels mega buggy.
Adobe just doesn't seem to want to help.

Exporting wihout the videocard is not really an option, takes ages.
And on the first system it crashes aswell.

Funny thing, playback is perfect on half quality and sometimes even on full res with effects..
Sometimes, on a crazy day, it exports everything in insane speeds without bugs.

Two different systems:
1.
i7-3930 3.20 GHz
32 RAM DDR3 1333 MHz
gtx 680 4GIG
2x ssd 840 pro samsung (1 for windows and one for adobe)
8TB raid 5.1


2.
i7-5930 3.50 Ghz
32 RAM 2400 MHz
GTX980 4 GB
2x Crucial CT250 MX 200 SSD
8TB raid 5.1


We shoot scarlet-w.

Is this an hardware or software problem we can solve.
Hope you guys can help us!!

Ow, drivers etc are up to date.

Do you have any specific error messages or describe the errors that are occurring? Otherwise we're sort of working blind.

Maybe a screenshot or something the next time it produces an error?

These are two of the errors we encounter.
But there are some more different ones I can't seem to recreate now.

In the past I've solved some of these problems by exporting only to ProRes and then using Media Encoder to go from ProRes to H.264. These days I just use Resolve.

The cheapest and fastest solution is to abandon Adobe software and spend € 259 on Davinci Resolve.
The long and costly solution is to wait till adobe solves the problem(s).

While the sentiment from the two above posts isn't echoed here as you'll have similar issues, what's happening:

These are two of the errors we encounter.
But there are some more different ones I can't seem to recreate now.

FYI, these are resource errors. Likely tied to what else you have running and/or a lack of RAM in the two GPUs you are using.

I would strongly suggest upgrading to something with a minimum of 8GB for anything 4K and 4K+ in Premiere, Resolve, in general, etc.....

Depending on your project and what you're doing as well as what else is going on within your system is gobbling up your 4GB quickly. I imagine short, simple projects export fairly well if you have even your browser closed, but not necessarily all the time.

An Nvidia 1080 or even 1070 on the cheaper side should help.

@Phil: you think it is an in between solution to put in an copy of the current card? like 2 x gtx 680?
I rather do that to save up money for a propper HP system in the nearby future.

If your 1060 gtx has 6GB of RAM, then 2x 1060 gtx also provides only 6GB of RAM. Which does zero to help get you over the 8GB of RAM hurdle.

As Micheal said 2 cards with 4 GB won't help.

We have 4 workstations i7-3960 32 GB and GTX970 (3,5 GB) and have no issues with 4.6k from our BMD UMP with Resolve.
Try to find an second hand GTX 1060/70/80 or RX470/80

When you have lots of money and no interest in computers what so ever the HP and Dell workstations are a good option(with the 1 day service).
When you do have interest in computers you can build (or out source this) a computer with the same speed for less then 2/3 of the price of an HP or Dell workstation.

Because of the high RAM, GPU and NAND prices it is a bad time for buying a computer these days.
