Shooting Epic-W w/ Tilta cage and WCU4 and UMC. We have a 3-pin lemo for run/stop. Additional accessories: 7" touch, Tomahawk 2, gold mount shark fin, tentacle TC.
On a handful of occasions, when my AC triggers the camera, the image is frozen and the only way to get out of it is to restart the camera. Additionally, it creates a corrupted clip on the mag. It doesn't affect any of the other footage.
This has happened about 3 times in the last 2 days, 2 of which in less than an hour.
We've resorted to manually triggering from camera, but would love any thoughts or solutions.
