I had my camera out for rent and the guy said he had to adjust them back focus for my PL mount. Now i am doing a gear check for a shoot tomorrow on my EF mount. I can not focus all my (7) lenses to infinity .
I assumed i have to readjust the back focus (first time on a Red Camera) . I went on the manual and it has some discrepancy from my set-up.
It talks to remove the back focus lock crew with a felix #0. In mine there is no felix 0 screw whatsoever. Instead there is a screw thread more looks like Torx, but when i try to unscrew it just doesnt move , in fact torx 10 doesnt really get a hold on the screw at all. meanwhile operation gide tells not to force .
I attached an image how it looks on mine. Is it possible he has not replaced the felix screw to the lock? Is that possible i have a torx screw and he overtightened it. i do not want to start making back focus adjustment before i make sure the sensor positioning is not locked.
On the other hand in case if the screw is missing is there a point to adjust if i can not lock after the adjustment?
Thanks in advance for any help .

your screw is not in there.... and yes you can adjust it but know you may have to readjust without it locked

I'm in the same boat. ...cam came back from an upgrade and was missing the screw. My rep had me take a picture of this area and I'm waiting on the part.

I have ordered this part before here is the scu - 125-1640-002

They come in Red or Black.

You need to remove this screw and behind that is another screw that you adjust, I believe it is a torx screw. I have noticed my Magnesium Weapon doesn't have a lock on the back focus but my Scarlet W does and its located on the side of the body behind the sidekick module.

Might be worth a read.
Your photo looks like it should from my experience just missing the little screw that should be in the upper right screw hole. To hold down that silver metal part. The torx in the upper right is the locking screw for the back focus but the small screw on the front bottom of the camera next to the Red logo circle, is where you need to remove the dust cover screw (maybe red or black) and in side there is the actual adjustment screw. But you need to loosen and remove the locking screw under the side kick first so you don't damage anything.
