Got my mail yesterday for evaluation. Emailed today for the RMA. Will ship tomorrow. I'm on a job now and all this is happening slower than I would like but I'm happy to finally get this going!

slow on the updates, but RED One 1353 got a clean bill of health on the 9th (full trade in value), and Epic #811 shipped on the 13th. FedEx screwed up, and it took three days, so it arrived yesterday, Feb 16. Now, if it only had all the functionality of my RED One, then it would be really cool.

#2150 was evaluated a few days ago -- sent on Feb 7, arrived 14th, (sat in U.S. customs for awhile there playing cards and smoking cigarettes)... results on Feb 18.

The small electronic lens wire was replaced, the plastic had split a fraction -- and for the life of us right before sending it back we could not find the PL body cap which had astonishingly vaporised -- $130 bucks all up incl. 100 for labour. (15ea for the wire and cap.) (My cap solution for shipping was ingenious and straight out of the 24th century.)

Currently sorting through all the RED One accessories with my "obsolescence obsolete" t-shirt on. Only (half) kidding, don't be precious now! Settle.

Sorry about the double post but a little bit of urgency about this one. I am about to send my red one back to the USA as part of stage three and as part of the wretched paper work required you have to include the FFC ID for the camera. There is no such info on the camera and I cannot find it on the manual. Anyone else encountered and solved this problem?
