Tightened up audio symc to avoid lost sync or drift, and hopefully eliminated the rare chance of getting garbled audio. Audio Stability Enhancements is probably a better term... ill go fix that.

I had an idea for separating Resolution from Aspect Ratio - that would give us more options while also cleaning up the resolution scroll bar menu:
