Since I have never met Ketch, I can not comment how vociferous he is....I can only imagine that it must be like the feeling you get when you supect they are coming to get you if you have crossed them... dudes in tac gear with quite ugly but none the less high tech eyeglasses, ear pieces and jack boots......

Sadly, I have yet to try it. I hear his tira mi su is excellent as well.... But so is mine. muahahahaaaa. Although I haven't made it since the local italian deli closed down a couple years ago. They could get me the best mascarpone. ...All the other stuff I find locally just isn't quite right.
