Hello Red Support Team!

Today I had use both Epic-M and Scarlet-X for a shoot in a air fresh manufactory in Mainland China,
when I shot the packing machine, first the Epic-M camera's monitor suddenly disappeared, and I had try to restart, reinstall the new build 3.3.15, but it still can't get any display on the monitor.
Later on when I swap the Scarlet-X camera trying to shoot, it's also got the same problem like Epic-M, may I know how can I solve this problem? Do I need to send back the cameras to fix the problem?
Please feel free to get back to me via email, billion thanks...

Warm regards

Perry, which monitor? Red LCD/LCD TOUCH/EVF, HDMI, HD-SDI?
Hello Phil!

Thanks for feedback, it's from the 5" touch screen monitor, don't know what's happened,
both of monitors not more display...
at the end I can only used 5D for the shoot, I am getting crazy now...

Was it the same cable, and/or the same monitor? It sounds likely it'd be one of them that is damaged.

I'd be very surprised if both cameras developed the same fault like that independently in such a short time. Although, if you're in a factory, perhaps there's some piece of equipment that is causing interference that caused the problem? What's China's EMI/EMC regulation like?

yea sounds like a bad cord or bad monitor assuming you swapped brains and not monitoring systems... Those monitor cables look easy to kink, since they sit at weird right angles all the time tweaked out

Had been swap both camera's monitor, changed the spare cable too, but still not work...
Try to start today, still not work...

Hi all! Thanks so much for your feedback, thing's like both monitors got problem,
today I had use my friend's monitor, both cameras work with my friend's monitor,
so, I guess this shall be the monitor's problem, will send back for check... Then I can get the answer...
Cheers Guys!

Alright, found out the problem, I believe it might damage both monitors, cause I had try to use my friend's Red 5" LCD,
it works fine, so, I think I need to send back the LCD to check what's going on...
