Epic Firmware Upgrade

How do I unlock this? I am signed in. I submitted a support tick a couple days ago. Need to use cam today. It needs to be BS calibrated since it just came back from RED with a prior firmware release.

You need to make sure you login on the account using the email you purchased your epic under.

ding ding ding. Seems as if I am using a different email sign-on to purchase RED Store products than was used on the original camera purchase. Problem solved - thank you gents
