Epic Dragon Stuck on Black Shading Cal

Hi everyone and thanks in advance for any advice. I'm doing a black shade calibration right now and its been on the second pass for the past 45 min. Taking a look online it seems like this should only take 20-30 min and the progress bar hasn't moved since it started the second pass. I don't want to turn the camera off or touch anything in case this is normal.

Thanks again in advance for the advice and I'm sure this has been covered somewhere but I couldn't find it through the search.

I would first attempt to re-install the firmware and start from there. Do a hard power down by pressing and holding the side record/power button.

Its not normal to take so long, cancelling black shading wont damage your camera though so you can power down.
What lens are you using ? is it an electronic one ?

Whew, that freaked me out a little. I updated the firmware and and second attempt was done in 15-20 min (wasn't really keeping track). Thanks again
