  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Epic and Scarlet Build 2.0.5 released.

Thanks Jarred!

Thanks Jarred, does anyone know if phantom power was enabled on previous versions?

AF is working wonderfully on my camera with 2.0.5. Currently on the Canon L 17-40mm f4.0.

Instead of Black Calibration taking 18 minutes as it did for 2.0.2, you need to allow 24 minutes for Black Calibration on 2.0.5. We just updated 3 EPIC-M's...

Trying to download but I get a message saying to log in even though I am already logged in.

edit. I see others posted while I was sending a note to support are having the same issue.

I am seeing the same thing, guys, have alerted web team to investigate.

Almost a full redvolt now. Good to know.

Looks like Phantom power is gone in this build. Is is dangerous to use th ebuild that had phantom power? I am sorely needing it for my lgihtweight set-up.

I will be using the sensor flip mode for my 3d rig, I hope it gets reinstated sometime soon!

As a rule, its best to do firmware and black shading, etc on AC power... batteries can spike, waver, etc. never a good thing with computers... which essentially is what the RED camera is. a very sophisticated one at that.

Jarred, how cool is it to type... "and those of you who already have their Scarlets... " its kind of surreal all this stuff is really shipping!

I just had the touchscreen LCD freeze twice when attempting to configure HDRX in this build.
