Element Technica V-Mount Plate Not Passing Battery Info on Forged Weapon

As I mentioned in another thread the v-mount version doesn't support all batteries. I wanted to use Beillen 95w/h batteries to mount the cam on my ronin but the camera shuts down after 25 seconds and shows 0% on battery though it's fully charged.

It seems like the same problem when I got my scarlet #118.
I could only use red certified Beillen batteries. Others just let the camera instantly shut down.
 
Tried the red battery belt and my IDX v-mount plate on the base expander and they all worked. Only the element technica shows 0% and is also recognized as redvolt plate by the camera?!
 
Anyone on this thread having hot swap issues? Does the camera stay powered if you unplug the AC power with a battery on the plate?
