  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Dynamic what?

Awesome.
Is this in RedSpace?
If it's the case maybe inverting a little the curve on highlights you could even find some more detail in the highlights ...
Found out that as RedSpace applies a sort of slight s-curve you can discover some extra detail inverting slightly the curve on redcine ...

have to remember this street to look at the girl, wow!

Good morning!

Concrete,

I love how your "to the limit" CC is barely monotone in my book, then again, I am an unabashed Technicolor boy, which is to say that is great to have so many different perspectives...BTW, on the corrected frame, there are some ripples on the actress' left leg's skin, is that a compression artifact or is it like that too on the original file?

Lol... with to the limit I meant I was pushing shadows a bit too much. One effect is the thing you see on her leg (the slightly banded noise, not the ironwork), tho' I believe that part of it is JPEG compression since I did the second grade from the from the first JPG.

And yes, thats a Photoshop grade.

I must add I am completely happy with what I get from the camera. Any improvement will be welcome but it certainly has fullfilled my expectations.

Nice coincidence - I just watched 'ABIMBOWE' about an hour ago from being featured on the Vimeo front page. Nice work Alex; I was mildly pissed (read: jealous) at how you managed to make something interesting with two people, a single location, and a couple of minutes. ;)

Thanks a lot. Yeah, I was kinda surprised too.

This was shot in downtown Madrid, a barrio called Chueca.

Concrete,

Did you light this at all?
